Our refrigerated water baths are double walled convection heated units, outer body of our refrigerated water baths is constructed out of thick PCRC steel sheet, duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and painted with air drying paint / stove enamel / powder coating. The inside chamber of the unit is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of grade ss304. the unit is provided with one stainless steel racks.

Heating:
Indirect heating system is provide in our refrigerated water bath comprising of air heaters made of high grade kanthal A-1 wires of suitable wattage. The temperature is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through natural water convection mechanism ensuring a very good temperature sensitivity.

Cooling :
An energy efficient cooling unit is installed in our carbon dioxide incubator to enable bio chemical demand studies at lower room temperature. We uses ISI marked high end CFC free comressors of kirloskar / Tecumseh make, conforming to latest international standards and guidelines.

Temperature Range:
Temperature range of standard refrigerated water bath models are 50 c to 850 c However we have capacity modify the same suit the individual specialized requirement of out customers.

Temperature Sensitivity:
Temperature inside our refrigerated water bath is controlled with a sensitivity of +-0.5o c or better(with PID Controller )

Our customer built vacuum oven is designed to provide temperature control heating and drying application requiring an airless environment.Capable of holding high vacuum, it is ideal for wide range laboratory applications. Our vacuum oven is made of stainless steel with a full observation window,and gasketed doors with sturdy latching,mainly used for anneling and clean evaporation of samples.It is equipped with an easy-to-read vacuum gauge,adjustable thermostat with digital readout, and two valves for bleeding.

Application in various research laboratories for shaking the liquid in glass flasks. It is a concept bench top model unit. Heavy platform is fitted with rubber disc to hold conical flasks from 50mlm to 1000ml capacity. The shaker is mounted on ball bearing crankshafts to give an orbital circular motion to the flasks. The diameter of the orbit is approximately 2".

Heating mantles are used to heat flasks contaning a sample.Heating mantles are used in place of Bunsen or hot plates when the sample is organic liquids have a tendency to burst into flames when exposed to direct heat ,or releases flammable organic vapors are heavier than air,which can explode when contacting open flames or heating coils.Mantles have an enclosed heating system ,which is designed to avoid these dangers.Heating mantles are available in either fabric or rigid constructions. Fabric mantles are flexible and can be molded to accommodate to wide variety of flask shapes and sizes.The holding receptacles within rigid heating mantles are shaped either for a particular size flask ,or simply have a large orifice that can be filled with sand to hold various size flasks.Thses sand baths serve to also provide a more uniform heating of the sample.

Fabric mantles are generally cheaper than rigid mantles, although they are susceptible to damage from spilled liquids.The covering Fabric layred can be torn or frayed ,by exposed to hot liquids or corrosives, exposing the wiring beneath.This can lead to a fire hazard.

Heating mantles produce their heat by converting AC voltage.The intense energy draw needed to generate the high degree of required heat,can blow fuses or melt socket wiring. For this reason ,heating mantles should never be plugged directly into a wall socket.Instead, a transformer such as a variac ,or some form of electronic relay ar switch,should be used between the heating mantle and the wall socket.

Heating mantles are available in the following configurations: mantle and controller unit ,or controller only. Mantle and controller devices include both the mantle itself and the device used to controller it. This configuration may be either a single unit:a mantle with an integral controller,or it may be comprised of two separate parts,sold together.Mantle is no temperature controller.Controller only devices are not mantles per se. Water Still Condenser Opening type:
These electrically operated water stills have been scientifically designed to ensure economy in operation and beyond occasional cleaning they do not require any special attention.

Complete body and condenser tube is made of stainless steel .A triple vapor baffles provided to avoid splashing of water into delivery tube.The lid is automatically sealed by recess in the head of the still into which the flange of the lid rests.The minimizes the loss of steam.The water supplied to the still through the constant level arrangement also serves to condense the steam in the condenser. The condenser tube can be dismantled without any difficulty, by removing the wing nuts which hold the end condenser jacket together.Removing the lid exposes the evaporating vessel. The still is fitted with immersion type elements,which are capable of displacing the connectors, if the still runs dry. The still is provided with provided with a bucket(to be fixed on a wall) on which it can rest.

Tray Dryer is used for the best drying results in conventional process.It is a double walled cabinet with one or two doors.The gap between two walls is filled with high density fibre glass wool insulation material to avoid heat transfer.Door are provided with gaskets.Stainless steel trays are placed are placed on the movable trolleys.
